Сonsent to processing personal data of individuals who applied via the feedback form
The user, by sending a message through the feedback form on the website www.medvoyageagency.com, accepts this Consent for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Consent"). Acceptance of the Consent is a message sent via the feedback form on the website. 7. Personal data is processed until the termination of the public offer. Also, the processing of personal data can be terminated at the request of the subject of personal data. Storage of personal data recorded on paper media is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FL "On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of archival affairs and archival storage.
8. Consent is given, among other things, for the possible cross-border transfer of personal data to countries that do not ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
9. Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or his/her representative by sending a written statement to Medvoyage LLC or its representative at the address indicated at the beginning of this Consent.
10. In the event of the personal data subject or his/her representative revoking their consent to the processing of personal data, Medvoyage LLC has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FL “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.
11. This consent is valid until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in paragraphs 8 and 10 of this Consent.
